I just randomly stumbled onto this comic from a Dominic Deegan link… and now I’m interested. Some of the dialog is a bit blunt, but the premise intrigues me. I’ll be keeping an eye on this one.

Thanks for checking out the comic and leaving comments :)

Emuchu: I completely agree! This is why I have halted the the comic for the last couple of weeks while I do some story and script revisions with some help from my new co-writer. I’m just hoping the end result is what I was originally shooting for and helps tell the story in a much cleaner fashion.

Well, I wandered from Dominic Deegan as well. I enjoy the ideas of this comic as of yet=)
Also, that line made my day, and will prolly become my quote of next week.
    Awesome.

Found it through geistpanik as well, really wish this was an “older” comic, so that I’d have alot more archive to read!

Jax: ^-^) Well, us aspiring mangaka have to stick together, y’know? I was actually wondering why the last update is dated a month ago. I had to go fishing for the news. I’m looking forward to seeing this come off of its hiatus.

And yeah, the big bane for an aspiring comicker isn’t so much making an interesting story or having good art as it is getting the characters to interact believably. I actually had to get a few of my more cynical friends to run several passes of peer review over my own script and gun down the bits that made them cringe before I was satisfied with its flow and could start on the actual art… which is good ’cause my co-conspirators were waiting for me to get my lazy arse to work! Hahaha…

    Woo, another fella’ from DD.
These link systems are really workin’ out for ya’.

The comic looks pretty sharp, and the plot already looks juicy.
