    Oh phooey.
I was sure he would have beaten him… in excess!

I simply love the fact that you’re not afraid to mutilate your characters. What fun!

“Your whole arm’s off!” “No it isn’t.” “What’s that then?!” “…I’ve had worse.” “No you haven’t!”

Question, how in gods name is he still walking after that!? Nonetheless, still a very good comic.

And to think that he is just an underling! Imagine how powerful his “master” is! And I’m guessing that now is the time to cut back to the protagonists.

That’s the trouble with magical blasts, fire ones especially. They offer instant cauterization so if you miss even a bit you’ve ensured that the other guy won’t die from their wounds.

    Heheh…”Just a flesh wound.”

I gotta give the guy props for pain tolerance. Sersiously.

I just now noticed something… the minion is completely nonchalant about his superior’s missing arm. Does this happen often enough that it raises no comment or what?

maybe he’s trained to not point out the obvious to his superiors. could you imagine? “Sir, your arm is gone!” uhhh… “no kidding. you’re fired.”

That, or perhaps he broadcasts waves of “Nothing is amiss. I’ve never had two arms. Nothing is amiss.”

Sir, you seem to have been disarmed!

  • February 24, 2011 at 8:13 am

He may have been dis-armed, but he will not be de-feated!

Oh, aniki. I know where you stole that.

Or maybe it’ll eventually grow back- magic can do a lot.
